Jourdan Emily Hancock

Healthcare leader and Master-qualified Art Therapist

Jourdan Emily Hancock is a healthcare leader and Master-qualified Art Therapist. With expertise in youth engagement, arts in health, and transition care, Jourdan currently serves as Network Manager, Youth & Transition at the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network. Jourdan leads multidisciplinary teams delivering innovative, service delivery in health care transition that integrates creative practice and technologies to enhance health literacy, self-management, and wellbeing for adolescents and young adults with chronic health conditions and/or disability. Jourdan has a strong background in strategic planning, co-design, and inclusive service development, ensuring healthcare experiences are responsive, culturally safe, and developmentally appropriate for diverse young people.
