Please note:

  • Full registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

    • Full access to the conference program

    • Full access to the exhibition space 

    • Access to pre-conference workshops (Scheduled for Wednesday 8th Nov)

    • Ticket to the Welcome Reception 

    • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for each day 

  • Day only registration fees entitles delegates to the following:​

    • Full access to conference program on the selected day ​

    • Full access to the exhibition space on the selected day 

    • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on the selected day  

    • Day registration can purchase a ticket to attend the Welcome Reception, for an additional $90

  • All online registrations will be acknowledged via email with a confirmation of your registration, together with a tax invoice receipt.

Registration Terms & Conditions

​By registering, you are confirming your attendance to the 2023 AAAH Youth Health Conference. Acceptance of registration is at our discretion and the organiser reserves the right to decline any registration application.

 

A refund will be provided for any declined registration forms. Should you need to cancel you registration for any reason, please contact Keito Events in writing via events@keito.com.au.

 

If you cancel your registration prior to Friday 6 October you will receive a full refund minus credit card fees and $75 admin fee. From Friday 6 October to Monday 16 October a 50% refund minus credit card fees and $75 admin fee will be refunded.

 

No refunds will be available after COB Monday 16 October.

 

The organiser endeavors to ensure that the published event program is correct at the time of publishing and at the conference. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary to alter the program before the conference, and the organiser reserves the right to do so without notice. You are also acknowledging your understanding that your flights and or accommodation for the duration of the conference is at your responsibility and cost.

 

It is acknowledged that the conference will have a professional photographer for the duration of the conference. Should you not want to be photographed, please make yourself known to the conference committee, organisers and photographer.

 

The Organiser reserves the right to change/alter the conference program, venue, and timings at any time. In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the conference is being postponed or the dates being changed, the Organisers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate. Tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date or refunded.

Payment Methods

  • Register online and pay by credit card. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard & AMEX. Please note that VISA and Mastercard incur a 1.75% surcharge and AMEX a 2.5% surcharge.

  • If you are unable to pay by credit card, EFT transfers  payment will be acceptable also. Full payment details will be stated on your tax invoice. Please contact events@aaah.org.au to organise EFT payment, prior to registering.
